Hasse Froberg and Musical Companion - Future PastYou know Hasse as the long-time lead vocalist for The Flower Kings. Over the last decade, there have been quite a few excellent song ideas that - for one reason or another - didn't fit into Roine's TFK albums. Hasse took advantage of a recent lull in TFK touring and recording to assemble the band "Musical Companion" as a vehicle for this backlog of excellent song ideas! Although the album features very melodic, solid rock with progressive rock flourishes and excellent guitar work, many listeners are surprised at how different this album is from a TFK album.

Ranjit Barot - Bada Boom

You may have heard Ranjit Barot playing drums on John McLaughlin's 2008 CD "Floating Point". Ranjit's debut solo fusion album is due out later this month.
